My purchase was even better than described on the offering. Don is a true master of his craft and even took the time to explain to me little quirks and aspects of the mixer that I hadn't known of. The process was efficient and wonderful as was Don himself as well as his lovely wife Jill! Truly the best kind of people from whom you can get the best kind of service! He's even offered to paint over the mixer I purchased in the future as well as offered me further services in case anything is amiss (that being said there have been no issues so far and I honestly doubt there ever will be any). If anyone is looking for a functioning stand mixer that's actually built to last, Don is your man!!

Hi Don—

You regressed and clean up our 20+ year old KitchenAid mixer last week. I wanted to give you some feedback.

My wife has been using it a lot for her baking since it was returned. She loves how clean and quiet it is and noticed it does not get as warm. I don’t think she’d be any happier if I gave her something with diamonds. Her ‘new’ machine has made her day, if not her month.

She sent a video of it running to one my sons who owns a lift stand KitchenAid (less than 10 years old) He was very envious! He sent back a video of his mixer running and it was LOUD! I wish he didn’t live in Wisconsin, so you could do your thing to it. He’s an engineer and is very handy mechanically, so he can do it himself if he wants.

His mixer points out that they don’t make them like they used to.

Thanks again for turning around our mixer so fast and for doing such a great job making it like new.
